Cannareup store also known as High Supplies provides free discreet next business day shipping throughout USA for any orders over $200. Orders under $200 will be charged a $35 delivery fee.

Rural or remote areas do have a chance of taking a day longer due to shipping routes to the locations of these areas, or unforeseeable events such as weather, traffic, road closures, etc.  We ask that you please take this into consideration if you do reside in a remote area.  


To insure next business day delivery is to place the order before 3 P.M. Please include any important details or information to gain access to your residence if you live in a gated community or apartment complex, otherwise we will not be able to guarantee on time delivery. While patients/ Clients don't need to be present to sign for delivery, they MUST be a recipient at the address delivered via our terms and collective agreement for pickup. Orders submitted and paid before 3 PM on a business day will arrive by the next business day depending on location for orders within the USA while orders from abroad may take 3 days or more to be delivered depending on precise location. Orders submitted and paid after 3PM Friday or anytime on Saturday and Sunday will be sent on same day to be delivered on Monday for orders within the USA while orders from abroad may take days to be delivered depending on location. Delivery times can vary, but usually orders will arrive between 8 AM to END OF DAY based on their location (rural or remote areas do have a chance of taking a day longer due to shipping routes to the locations of these areas). What happens if I don’t get my package?

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected
arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with our 
shipping courier.If a trace is filed, investigations will be
conducted to recover parcel (which can take 5 business
days to complete). If it is recovered, it will be shipped
to you as soon as possible.
If it is deemed “Missing” or lost in transit, which is rarely
the case with our shipping courier, we will send you a 1x
replacement package of up to 70% of the value of your
initial  package free of charge. We do not offer postage 
refunds if your order arrives late due to postal issues.

Here are 2 likely scenarios:

a) The postal agent puts it in the wrong mailbox, or

b) Agent is yet to deliver parcel as they usually scan in all

the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then

My package is going to the wrong destination

If on tracking your package on the shipping24tm.com courier website

and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong destination,, it’s most

likely due to be man made error at courier service center.

This errors occur occasionally as employees have to manually

enter postal codes and other information to the system and if

they are off by a digit/letter, it causes a routing error.
